Address Requirements
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses due to the high-value nature of jewelry and carrier limitations
- Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details, including:

- Complete Shipping Address
- Active Contact Number (mandatory)
- Email Address
- Inaccurate or incomplete information may cause customs delays, delivery issues, or carrier hold-ups
- Shipping carriers require a valid phone number for smooth delivery coordination, tracking updates, and verification for high-value items
Delivery Responsibility
- ORBION is not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs or local authorities
- Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered fulfilled Loss or theft after delivery confirmation is not covered under warranty
- We recommend ensuring someone is available or securing a safe delivery arrangement on the expected delivery day
