ORBION provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery on all jewelry pieces.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Quality issues or inaccuracies in the final product compared to the confirmed order details
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or improper use
- Exposure to chemicals, including cleaning agents, perfumes, and cosmetics
- Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by third parties
How to Request Warranty Support
- Contact us at sales@orbionjewels.com within the 30-day coverage period
- We may request photos or videos to assess the issue before proceeding
- After evaluation, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at ORBION’s discretion
