Track Your Order
Once your order is completed and ready to ship, ORBION will share your tracking number and carrier details via email.
When Tracking Becomes Available
- Tracking is provided after production is complete
- You will receive your tracking link at the time of dispatch
- Layaway/Installment orders will be dispatched only after the full payment is completed.
Tracking Your Shipment
- All shipments include end-to-end tracking through trusted carriers such as: India Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, ARAMEX, DHL
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch
International Tracking Notes
- Tracking visibility may vary by country
- Customs processing may temporarily pause updates — this is normal
- Some countries only update tracking at major checkpoints
Carrier Selection
- We choose shipping companies based on your country and delivery requirements.
- Carriers may change from time to time depending on service reliability and the shipping experience available at that moment.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery:
- A valid phone number and email address are required
- Carriers may contact you for delivery coordination or customs verification
- Delays may occur if contact information is missing or incorrect
