Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is universally applied to all order cancellations based on the timeline. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Purchasing from ORBION signifies your agreement and acceptance of our conditions.
All refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method after inspection approval.
1. Made-to-Order Jewellery
Cancellations for made-to-order jewellery are subject to cancellation and restocking fees, depending on the stage of production. Customers may be eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or shop credit.
1.1 CAD Design Service
ORBION offers a complimentary CAD design service for custom orders. Customers are encouraged to proceed with purchase only after full satisfaction with the design.
1.2 After Purchase
1.2.1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours
At this stage, stone selection and casting have not begun. Customers may choose:
• Refund: Full amount
• Shop Credit: Full amount
1.2.2 Cancellation After 24 Hours
Once stone cutting has commenced, customers may choose:
• Partial Refund: Amount paid minus 30 percent
• Shop Credit: Amount paid minus 10 percent
1.2.3 Under Manufacturing
When the stone has been prepared and sent to production:
• Partial Refund: Amount paid minus 50 percent
• Shop Credit: Amount paid minus 40 percent
2. Ready-to-Ship Jewellery
Cancellations for ready-to-ship jewellery depend on dispatch status.
2.1 Within 12 Hours of Purchase
If canceled within 12 hours:
• Refund: Full amount
• Store Credit: Full amount
2.2 After 12 Hours of Purchase
Cancellations are not accepted after 12 hours, as the item is scheduled for pickup or already dispatched.
3. Loose Stones
Cancellations for loose stones depend on production or shipment stage.
3.1 Made-to-Order Stones
3.1.1 After Purchase
3.1.1.1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If stone cutting has not started:
• Refund: Full amount
• Shop Credit: Full amount
3.1.1.2 Cancellation After 24 Hours
Once stone cutting has started:
• Partial Refund: Amount paid minus 50 percent
• Shop Credit: Amount paid minus 30 percent
3.1.2 After Shipment
Once dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
3.2 In-Stock Stones
3.2.1 Within 24 Hours of Purchase
• Refund: Full amount
• Store Credit: Full amount
3.2.2 After 24 Hours of Purchase
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours, as the item is scheduled for pickup or already dispatched.
